Problems in Windows 7

Whenever I click to start playing the game, I am greeted with the following error message
"Please check publishers website for tech support Details: [DrawIndexedPrimitiveVB]"
I've tried windowed mode, compatibility mode, disabling music, and nothing has helped.

Specs:
Intel i7 960 3.2 GHz
12gb ram
Nvidia GTX 285 1gb
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit


Any way to fix this?

I also tried running it in Windows XP Virtual PC mode and I get the error SetDisplayMode instead.

Cmon, does anyone have a solution for this? Anyone at all?
