On Gimp, the Map Displacing tool isn't enabled.
How do you get it to work?

Nevermind, I fixed it by changing image mode to RGB

I'm following the directions correctly (I think) but I can't seem to get to work for GIMP. It won't let me distort the image to have ripples for some reason. Can someone help? If you're wondering I'm trying to make a Romanian flag.

I did it for the British Red Ensign, which can make a good flag for a country IMO.
