Unit Design Overwrite Failure

What's wrong with this picture?:

Answer: The turrets on the field don't match with the image on the unit selection bar, (The turret on the field being the correct appearance).

1. Design a turret.
2. Save it.
3. Change the hull to another type. Re-add all modules.
4. Overwrite the previous design.
5. Play the game as a defender.
6. Observe the error in appearance.
