Something regarding missiles

I have been thinking about this for a while now; is there a way of making missiles behave so that when they miss something, they re-target? For example, missing some fighters but keep going to hit the cruisers behind them? I'm guessing probably not.

Yup, the missile only gets 1 shot at the ship, if it misses its target it will circle endlessly till it runs out of fuel
Wisdom is something you generally obtain around three seconds after you needed it the most

If I increase fuel and turnspeed will it circle back to the target?

Yes it would however it would not hit the target, it would fly past it each time.

Awww. I was thinking of making a module called "Neva-M1ss Missile" which would circle back and always hit. Back to the drawing board.
