Can my computer run this game?

I recently upgraded my graphics card to Radeon 4870 and was wondering, is it powerful enough to run this game?

I am looking foward to downloading the demo and trying it out.

considering that this game is years and years old, and that your vidio card is pretty new... well, you do the math.
