That's the only thing on my mind as, for the past week, I watched entire humongous, gratuitous space battles at 0.2x speed all the way.
I used to be an avid modder in the Homeworld series but went on to 'other things' like 'serious' roleplaying games, then MMOs, and for the past few years running a community/fanart site for the viillans of Angry Birds.
I 'discovered' GSB on the iTunes store first when looking for things space and sandbox related (hello Space Agency by Nooleus), decided the PC version was a better investment (who doesn't like expansion packs?) and am addicted ever since.
Discussion of the space strategy game where you design ships, issue orders to your fleet, then play hands-off battles against human or AI designed enemies.
