How to download the full game?

So I bought this game about an hour ago, I received the email saying that the order will need to be processed. Does this mean I will have to wait until someone physically processes this individual order until I can download the full game which I have already purchased? Does anyone know how long this may take or if devs are still providing support to this game? I was a bit surprised that a download link was not provided once I had purchased the game, I guess I am a bit entitled due to the ordering process of games today... I hope that I will get the game soon...
