Thanks. Any chance we will have pre made color scheme?

I gotta admit, if I am to spend a few hours on a fleet it is going to be on number crunching and fine tuning, not on outer appearances. Some of us are just not that artistic and simply want to shoot at stuff with a strong fleet.

After playing with it for a little while, I think the reason dreadnought is the only thing that gets used is because nothing else can even damage them. They can either go at 1.5 speed with 26 shield resist, or they can have 20+ armor and 26 shield resist. Using other ships and you just see a bunch o...

Lol @ 1.5 speed + 26 shield resist.

But yeah, like you suspect target painter/Fast missile is the hard counter, and plasma/booster also works. Still I don't think Dreadnoughts should be moving at 1.5 to begin with. It essentially makes 99% of the game content useless.

Things that don't move at the same speed are not worth mixing together. Everything that has to slow down for the formation will 1. Takes more long range fire by taking longer to reach the enemy. 2. Suffers a "dodge penalty" for not going full speed. This is why nobody mix anything in GSB1....

Good to hear that lure is fixed.

It was when you can pull the whole enemy team into a corner using 1 dummy ship. Ship don't change target so it just keep trying to chase that one ship.

They also just stop getting targeted when something not cloaking is around. so unless your entire fleet is cloak at the same time, another ship will die in it's place and it won't actually yield bonus. 29.17% dodge is not that much when you consider it cost the amount of 2 shields or armor..... I still feel that de-cloaking during engagement is a bad idea in almost all cases. I mean, why would anyone pay 200+ credits for a module that might dodge maybe 1 or 2 shots during the first 5 seconds of the match? If it's a steam install issue, you can try this

Right click on the game in steam library, then go to property -> local file, click Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

No, you don't need defense. Tribe is all about offense. You just have 1 reflective shield on the Utopia hull to block lasers and fighters and let the HP bonus do the rest.
