that's just a preview of the color. A color is only selected when it has a black border around its selection.

This is almost certainly related to alt=tab and video memory being lost. the game *should* recover from it, but some drivers are better at this than others, and it may depend on what other apps you al;t-=tabbed to and their video memory requirements. I'll make a note to look into it.

I think the problem is that a car will never *avoid* a lot, or worry if it goers down the wrong route, as long as that route does actually take it to where it wants to go. In other words, cars can sit in a queue behind stuff doing task A, if its already done A, but its route suggests it can get to B...

Very interesting idea. I guess we could have a much more hardcore power achievement, that's off grid plus a power output that never drops below a level, for much later in the game.

I love the idea of choosing to use low quality or cheaper machinery in various places, and I am attracted to the idea of quality control places with an area of effect, to add to the fun of decent layouts :D. Its on my long term list. the game has a ton of code in it already to try and not hardcode things to a specific font size, although it probably still involves a ton of work, because then every single UI element becomes the wrong size...and its just a nightmare. Its only really possible to do a total...

I guess I could re-use some of the layout for that screen when you have researched a new tech (which shows you each car type and asks you to tick which to apply it to). It could be brought up by clicking some icon on each car feature perhaps?
